That is a very good question!!!
I am happy to tell you, that QUICK will be available soon including an
english manual.
What is QUICK - in short:
QUICK is a completely software-based compiler language that is almost
as fast as assembler and also almost as easy to use as BASIC.
QUICK comes with some unique features like:
- Build-in Mouse-routines (for ST mouse)
- " player-missile commands
- " routines for playing digitized sounds
- " routines to move and copy high-res graphics
- Automatic use of VBI and DLI!
- Subroutines, local variables, INLINE mc-code
- Libraries
As I'm one of the programmers of QUICK, I can answer to any other
questions you have. There will be an announce, as soon as the english
version in ready.
There are some different places to get QUICK - as soon as the english
version is ready. At the moment you can get the german version from:
