A 1200/300 bps modem.

LEDs on the front indicate High Speed (1200 bps), Auto-Answer, Carrier Detect,
Off Hook, Receive Data, Send Data, Terminal Ready, and Modem Ready.

At the rear of the unit, from left to right, are the power-in jack, the 
power on/off switch, an RS232 port, an Atari SIO port, and the telephone line
jack.

Also included is the external power adaptor.

Full Hayes AT command-set compatibility is provided.  There is also a 
built-in speaker.
