Although I understand it is possible to
send Telex messages using a personal
computer, how can one obtain
international Telex numbers?  As far as
I know, only the Library of Congress
in Washington has an international
Telex directory.  But they refuse to
answer directory questions over the
telephone.  So, is there an online
source for international Telex numbers
available to the general public?

       The dates and position of this

       Most of the things you want to
know about Telex are now available on
line on the service.  Signing up and
accessing Telex are almost as easy as
going on line with them.  Prices range
from $.35/minute for U.S. calls to $6/
minute for some overseas calls.  For
